Riviera Beach Municipal Marina Fishing Report on 11th Jun, 2026

Steve brought his sons and grandson fishing today. We started out trolling, but the weeds were horrible out to 400 foot deep so after 2 hours with no bites and tons of weeds we gave up on trolling. Then we tried deep drifting live baits. We started in 400 foot again and let the boat find itself in on the drift. The wind pushed us from 400 feet inshore to 150 feet. No bites untill 150 where the king mackerel bit off both live baits. Ok, three hours into the trip and nothing in the box... lets wind em up and I run north of the inlet. I put the boat on the drift and let my people drift fish in 100 feet of water.,,. game on ! Big porgies, yellowtails, grunts, sand tiles, happy fisherman !

Riviera Beach Municipal Marina Fishing Report on 6th Jun, 2026

Glenn and Reece joined us today and we hesded south looking for Mahi and Blackfin Tuna. This was our first time out after 5 days of northeast wind so I didnt know what to expect. While trolling south we caught the smallest Blackfin i have ever seen, he was quickly released. I mean little fish with a big attitude! While trolling I tealized there was no current, and I think thats what accounted for the lack of bites. On the drift we finally teased up a small mahi off of the kite, and the deep lines produced 3 of the largest bonita I have seen in a long time ! Time ran out and we headed home and Glenn and Reece had a great mahi lunch at the Marina restaurant.

Trey came back out with us today for some offshore action on perfectly flat seas. We were able to troll up a couple of Blackfin Tuna, which will be the star attraction for tonights dinner. on the drift we got a nice Sailfish ! We got back in before the afternoon rainstorms so it was a perfect Palm Beach adventure.

Sam came out today with three of his buddies. We started out trolling in heavy rain and the fish liked it.I guess they were already wet and didnt care ! We pulled the plug early because one of the group wasn’t feeling great and headed in after 6 Blackfin tuna and one Bonita !

Clay brought his family out today and again the trolling was disappointing, only one Bonita. We got down South and went on the drift, we didnt have yesterday’s great Mahi bite, instead we went two for two on Sailfish ! We also managed 2 peanut mahi so everybody got dinner and a show !!

Nick brought his sons out today and we had a simply awesome trip. We started out trolling to the south and picked up one small blackfin tuna and a bonita. When we went on the drift and put up the kite, we picked up a double header of 46 inch mahi. After the chaos settled down and we got the kite unwrapped around the tower we reset our lines and soon picked up a double header of a sailfish and a 40 inch king mackerel! This is pretty good fishing in anybody’s book, and thats ehy i love fishing here in Palm Beach !

Riviera Beach Municipal Marina Fishing Report on 10th May, 2026

Sarah and Aryah came out today for a banner day of fishing. We started out trolling and north of the inlet we hooked up with a large mahi that took a good half hour to get to the boat. The ladies had to double team this fish and when we got it in the boat it measured 52 inches and probably weighed around 35 pounds. After all this excitement we decided to try drift fishing in the deep for a blackfin tuna. We just got the lines out when two rods went off. One had a small mahi about 24 inches long which came into the boat pretty quickly, the other had a large blackfin tuna about 15 pounds which broke the leader right at boatside. We got the lines reset and at this point had drifted inshore and then a deep line went off and we boated a nice king mackerel ! We were out of time and sailed home on flat seas.

Oleg scores big with Bonita and King Mackerel offshore!

Hot bite and happy crew! Oleg joined us for our 6 Hour Variety Fishing adventure this spring, heading out early morning under partly cloudy skies. The weather was perfect for getting offshore, and we had great conditions to work with throughout the day. This was exactly what we needed for a solid day of Palm Beach fishing with Tuna Wahoo Charters!

With our gear rigged and ready, we started out trolling the offshore waters before switching over to drift fishing and bottom fishing techniques. Oleg picked up some nice King Mackerel, plus we had Little Tunny and Spanish Mackerel jumping on the lines too! Riviera Beach Municipal Marina Fishing Report on 8th May, 2026

Jay and Russ came out today, two old friends. I had high hopes for the trolling, but heavy weeds soon squashed that idea ! I ran south down to the flat tops, and liked what I was reading on the bottom. Russ got a very large bonita on a spinning rod, both of the guys got nice king mackerel, and there were plenty of yellowtail and lane snappers, triggers and grunts to keep them busy. It was a beautiful day with a nice breeze and grest ocean conditions!

Tom brought his family out today and based on yesterday i started out trolling with high hopes. The weeds had other ideas for me ! After an hour of shaking weeds off of the lures with no bites, I went on the drift, and it paid off. We started catching big bonita, and king mackerel, and the young kids had a blast reeling in all the different reef fish. Days like today when i can get young children involved in our sport really make me happy.

Gregor brought his family out today for some fishing and the trolling out produced the drift fishing. We headed offshore this morning and for the first hour it was pretty quiet with just a lost bonita to show for our efforts. I was starting to think about shifting gears when we hooked up to a Mahi. We got that one in the boat and then started hooking mahi every 10 minutes or so. This made for some pretty good action, we boated 4 and lost one due to angler error ! Then we went on the drift, boating some porgies, grunts and other reef fish. It was a beautiful day on flat calm seas, welcome to Palm Beach !

Brittany and Billy joined us today, absolutely beautiful day with no wind ! Trolling started off fast, we picked up 5 large Bonitas, but as the sun rose that bite died. We switched over to drift fishing but couldn’t find any love on the live baits. The bottom bite was hot though and our anglers put a bunch of sand tilefish and grunts in the box. Just a gorgeous day with fun people!

Tom came back to fish with us today and brought his buddy Ted. We started out trolling and quickly boated 2 Bonita, I thought ok, we’ve got a bite going on! I headed offshore and over the next couple of hours we added 5 Blackfin tuna to the box. When that bite died with the tide change we headed inshore and started drift fishing. The guys started getting Lane and Yellowtail Snappers, Triggers, and other reef fish. We did an 8 hour trip, it felt like 4 hours and we all had a great time !
