We had an amazing day of fishing out of Riviera Beach City Marina on the Tuna Wahoo Charters' Family-Friendly Palm Beach Fishing Charters. March is a prime time for offshore action in this part of Florida, and we were ready to get into some quality fish.
The crew and I got the lines in the water early, trying a mix of deep-sea, trolling, bait casting, heavy tackle, kite fishing, and drift fishing techniques to find the hot bite. The action stayed steady throughout the day, with the group reeling in Yellowtail Snapper and a beautiful Atlantic Sailfish. The Sailfish put up an incredible fight, stripping line and jumping clear of the water. Mark and his family were whooping and hollering the whole time, totally dialed into the experience. In between the big bites, we picked up some French Grunts and Sand Tile Fish, making for a diverse and delicious day's catch.
